Augmentation Mammaplasty

Augmentation mammaplasty is the augmentation process by placing special prostheses on the breasts. Any woman over the age of 18 can have this surgery. Before breast augmentation surgery, the doctor and the patient decide together on the breast size and type of prosthesis.

General anesthesia is given to the patient during the operation. An incision is made under the muscle and the prostheses are placed in the breast area. The patient can return to his normal life 4-5 days after the breast augmentation surgery. After 12-15 days, he can return to business life. After the operation, the chest area should be protected against impacts. After the operation, a medical bra should be used. The patient should not do heavy physical activities for 1 month. Final results begin to be seen 6 months after surgery.
